Like in topic. I have small question. Sounds in teamspeak 3 like “welcome back” “error” etc. It was human or robot? And if human so who?

The default sound packs for TeamSpeak 3 (female & male) were created in the late 2000s by Jon St. John Productions. So they are not AI, but in fact, recordings made by professional voice actors.
You may know the name Jon St. John as the voice actor for Duke Nukem, dating back to 1996, and voicing other characters in games like the Half-Life series, Star Trek Online, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Guild Wars 2, Dota 2, Postal 4 and many more.
He has also created a special Duke Nukem sound pack for the TeamSpeak 3 Client, which you can download here: Duke Nukem (myteamspeak.com)
