The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID // myTS id is invalid

You may get the message caused by a password reset and you can not change it till you enter your recovery key in the client or do a fallback in the client.

I’ve tried reinstalling TS3 and relogging in. None of those worked alongside any of the solutions on the forum.

You can’t reach the services (check your client log) or you did reset your password and did not enter a recovery key.
You are logged in but the service for sync mytsid etc can not be reached or is not started.

Then check that server can reach the myTeamSpeak services

Make sure your login in client is still valid and that you get no errors about the myTSID in your client log.

Can anyone here tell me what this error message means??? Reconnecting does not solve the issue.

The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID. Some myTeamSpeak related services are not available. <19:11:38> Reconnecting might solve the issue.

I believe I solved my own issue…thanks.

Please read this, to solve your problem.

Can you post your Client log?

I think I have the problem solved but I’m not an expert in network protocols by any means. When I look on the documentation to my server on the Merjor website there are actually two IP addresses. Actually the IP address is the same but the Port is different. Not exactly sure why that would be. I know that I can connect to the server with one of the addresses. I haven’t tried the other one. I have another question. I assume that I provide users with the server name, not the IP address is that correct? Thanks for your response

Hello dear community,

I don’t understand why this problem happened to me, but if I need to briefly explain the incident. My friends told me that my badges were not visible, I thought I needed to log in to my account again to fix the problem, so I deleted the account and added it again, but my data was not visible, so I did not think there would be a problem. Now I can’t see my badges, but when I type in the code of a badge I bought earlier, I get a warning that I have this badge.
I also get the error in the photo.

Can you help me with this?

Thanks

i have this error after join my friend server on teamspeak3 3.6.2 version. but other servers are not giving me this error. also i was using teamspeak5 and with that version of teamspeak i was not getting these errors on my friend server. but now i’m getting why?

Hello @st3rbenvl

Please take a look at the quote:

It must be ensured that the latest server version is used. As well as that, all necessary ports are enabled. If it is not because of them, your friend needs to update his TeamSpeak server or check if any ports that are important are enabled, see quote

Thanks. So when i was using teamspeak5 beta77 i was not getting this error cause beta77 version was okay to this version of teamspeak server?

Im TS5 most of the errors get logged in the background and not shown in any chat, so it probably has had problems verifying your myTS ID but didn’t inform you about that.
