The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID // myTS id is invalid

This is a megathread to collect all reports of issues that the TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID // myTS id is invalid. Please refrain from creating new topics about this issue and use this thread instead.


It is possible that our revocation server is currently experiencing a brief downtime and that the server is using an outdated version of this list. So if you are not the only user on that TeamSpeak Server experiencing this issue, please follow follow this topic.


This is the error shown in the TS3 Client

The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID. Some myTeamSpeak related services are not available.
Reconnecting might solve the issue. (it didn't)
myTeamSpeak ID is invalid

This is the error shown in the server logs.

failed to download revocation list - count: 4
rejecting myteamspeakid: revoke list out of date
client is connecting with a invalid or revoked myTeamSpeak ID

Before posting please check:

  • make sure your login in client is still valid and that you get no errors about the myTSID in your client log.

  • if you have performed a password reset and might not have entered your recovery key yet.

  • if you no longer have your recovery key, then please perform a Fallback to activate all myTS features again. You can find a full explanation in this post:

I am renting a server through Teamspeak directly and since it crashed 3 days ago, my community server doesn’t syncronize the user’s IDs.
