In either TS3 or TS5 client, I am trying to find a way to toggle whisper to list without having to hold the button down. In a sense when I press the keybind I can talk to my whisper list, then I press it again to turn it off. Is this possible in either client?
If not, is there another way that we can have a global talk to all channels setup for our server?
