are there any updates on the ongoing packetloss problem? It really starts to annoy our community, this is already going on for like 2 weeks now.
We event set up a few of our slots to the NY server, but that can’t be the long term solution
I hope to have an update for all of you tomorrow.
One working Workaroud is, to use an VPN,
Because the routing is another, you dont have packet loss.
But it still should be fixed.
The reports have been forwarded to the hoster and we are now waiting for them to solve this issue.
ok hope they will fix it soon. now i cant connect to my server anymore… whats about free days or refund for not working servers ? ok still a telekom thing, with hotspot and vodafone it works …
Once the issue is resolved we will take necessary steps to compensate affected users.

We’ve got new information from our Hoster and they said that the packet loss issue should now be fixed.
Please let us know if you still encounter any issues.
Regarding partial refunds:
