I have problem with my TS3 server, I’ve paid for first month and now for the second month I also paid but it generated NEW server and the first one is now tagged as overdue.
Please help how to fix this

You need to contact your server provider to deal with this.

Provider is www.myteamspeak.com, but the problem is, that i paid and it makes second server
myTeamSpeak has nothing to do with your paid server.
You must do what @FakE said:
This Forum is for technical Support only.
And myTeamSpeak isnt a Provider where you can rent a TeamSpeak Server.
myTeamSpeak is a Cloud Service.
