I believe I am on the latest windows version and safemode didnt fix it
Can you try all of these: * Start your client with one of the following parameters:
âforce-opengl-desktop
âforce-opengl-soft
âforce-opengl-angle
Question:
Do you got any plugins installed?
If yes, try removing them - safemode might not have worked.
Also your crashdump said:
2021-04-26 06:09:16.363004|ERROR |SoundBckndIntf| |C:/Program Files/TeamSpeak 3 Client/soundbackends/directsound_win64.dll error: unknown error
So it could be assumed that your windows installation has some problems.
desktop and soft crashed on opening and angle just doesnt open.
Teamspeak used to work just fine so idk why this is happening now
This post may be old, but I had the same problem previously, its a complicated version of it though.
At the time, I opened the Windows client using the Arma3Helper.sh Linux Script when I hit âPlay: With Modsâ on Arma 3s Launcher which is also the Windows version of the game.
The issue is, when the âOptionsâ button was pushed after opening âToolsâ, the Client crashed and does not produce a crash dump, but an error message.
This makes me believe that the OPs systems drivers were not up to date at the time, which caused it to conflict when reading hardware driver versions, subsequently causing the application to crash.
Recommended:
All drivers must be up to date to prevent crashes.
