TS3 error Your disk space limit of 500MB has been reached

Our Teamspeak server keeps giving an error.

Your disk space limit of 500MB has been reached. You will need to delete files or upgrade to enable uploading additional files. To upgrade click the ‘Upgrade Now’ button on the bottom of your settings page in our control panel.

However I don’t see any files we have uploaded…

Please get in touch with your server host. This is not a message we print.

And meanwhile:

Check all channels, there could be files in any of them.
Or old files did not get deleted and are no longer accessable trough the client.
