TS3 freezing my laptop

On my laptop, after reinstalling Windows, starting TC3 has become a real problem: as soon as I start, the friezes begin, turn off TC3 - they stop.
I tried both the 32 and 64 bit versions, and watched the kernel load in the task manager, and checked with an antivirus, and changed local disks, and downloaded from the official site, and started from the admin, and checked other “talkers”, for example, Discord - with they are all ok. Can you help me?
