TS3 is in front of other applications

TS3 is in front an blocking every aplication on my pc, so when i tab into discord nothing hapends because TS3 is in front of it. i have looked in the settings but cant find anything that hepls.

Thanks! i thought that it was a setting for my username always be on top in the server list…
