TS3 Logitech microphone problems

Hey,
recently i have a problem with my microphone in TeamSpeak 3 Client. After a few minutes where i dont speak (round about 2-5 mins) or deactivate/reactivate the mic on my headset i suddenly cant talk to my friends. it seems like the “connection” between client and mic is disturbed. the “blue speaking point” is always dark like there is no sound input through the mic. when this problem appears my mic is still working in discord or windows sounds for example. its only ts3 related.

i have already reinstalled my audio drivers and ts3 client. i even deleted all registry inserts and ts-files in my user/appdata-folder. i even tried direct sound and windows audio session but it doesnt help.
If this problem appears i have to restart the client and it works until i dont talk for a few minutes or i mute myself…

Thats really annoying and i hope that you can help me out of this. i didnt install or update anything in the last weeks. Sorry for my bad english. If its not understandable ill try to rephrase it.

I joined the server 19:16. I didnt talk to trigger the error. At 19:20 i recognized that i already cant talk in ts.

I use a Logitech g933 and for about a week now my mic randomly stoppes working in Teamspeak. In Windows sound manager it stille gets picked up. A friend has the same problem. Also when i unplug my headset or mute the mic teamspeak keeps sending mic signal and wont stop till i disconnect. It sends just a static noise.

From log nothing is wrong.

We think that for some reason the mic turns off to save energy and the client does not recognize the change(s).

For now we have no clue what else it could be or why this happens.
Is there a setting you can change in the driver itself?

Sometimes if i mute myself on the headset button i have the same problem with the static noise.

The function to automatically turn off the headset is deactivated in Logitech Gaming Software. As is said i can use my mic without any issues in discord / windows sounds while the problem in ts still exists. So i dont think that the headset / mic turns off :frowning:

Where can i Export my log if the little triangle doesnt appear`?

Could it be possible that it comes from a Logitech Update. Me and a friend recocnized it after a big Logitech GHub update last week. Since then we started having problems and I noticed TMäx has the same Headset as my friend.

Thats true! Logitech G Hub got an update on November 4th. As you said it i remembered! I will try to install the old version (2021.10) of it.

I tried that but didnt help. I installed the 2021.10 but nothing changed same problems

Are you sure that you installed the 2021.10 version? Even if i explicit download the istaller of the old version it automatically updates while installing to 2021.11…
It looks like that we are doomed until they fix the issue at logitech :frowning:

I found a solution for my problem. In a few reddit thread this problem is targeted:
You have to deactivate the remove backround noises function in the Ghub. For the last hour the problem didnt appear.

Recently I’ve been having an issue where my headset mic doesn’t work in TeamSpeak. I’ve used this headset for awhile without any issues but suddenly it stopped working. I can get it to work temporarily by unplugging my headset and replugging it back in but it only works for a few minutes. When I test my mic in Windows settings, it works fine. Also, the mic on my webcam works fine in TeamSpeak and does not have this issue. I’ve tried reinstalling TeamSpeak but that did not seem to fix it. Does anyone know a fix for this issue?

If i’m stop talking for a few minutes my Mic doesn’t work anymore, ill have to change audio mode to direct sound in the settings or back to automatic that is going to work again.
everywhere the mic works, just have trouble with teamspeak.

I assume you got a Logitech headset?
Then you got a driver update causing this on several software.

I just uninstalled logitech G HUB and now my logitech 533 are working fine, i will never buy logitech anymore
