In the last few days we have had 2-3 Ts3 server crashes that have never occurred before with version 3.13.6.
The day before yesterday the problem occurred again. A look at the log files is inconspicuous. However, a dump file was created. ts3server_3_13_6_linux_amd64_3392-fd73-07dc-e999.dmp
Unfortunately, I can’t really make sense of it.
It would be great if someone could take a look at it!
We have since updated to version 3.13.7, although this shouldn’t really change this behavior (according to the patch notes).
Please update your server the version you mentioned (which is also the latest) and then report back if this still happens. It makes a lot of changes from developer perspective to have the latest code.
Also please add server log 0 to the report. Often a reason can be found in it.
We are currently running the newest version 3.13.7 and experience server crashs again.
How can we open the “.dmp” file? Is there a program to open the binary?
