If you are on a TeamSpeak Server you can’t click on “About” under Settings because the connection is displayed there. You have no scroll function.
The problem here is that there is an overlay. The menu below does not know this. So it won’t add a scrollbar.
At the moment a design decision an not a bug. But could be changed in future.
