Appreciate it! To answer your question, server-side screen sharing is a separate project and will not be part of the next update. That will be another major undertaking that requires significant research and development time.
As for single-encoding, in this case, it means the stream only needs to be encoded once before being sent directly to peers (viewers). This avoids having to re-encode the same stream multiple times, which not only saves memory but also provides a big boost in performance.
Together with our new stream rendering system, it goes hand in hand and will, as mentioned above, provide a huge improvement in performance and vastly reduced memory usage.
