Will there be official server builds for ARM64, too? Those would be very much appreciated!
Thanks for the insight.
Is there any update on native Wayland support and specifically screen sharing on Wayland?
For people that still have a NPL License for their server from back then, will it be compatible with the TS6 server too? It would be great.
When Android?
The Non-Profit License (NPL) is outdated and should either be removed or only stay for one more year after the release of TeamSpeak 6 servers and licenses.
I think projects that still have an NPL should either upgrade to a Sponsorship License or just buy a proper one. Most people who still have an NPL either don’t really use it or just keep it parked for no real reason.
Last time I chatted with TeamSpeak Support they said that they respect the people that still have one & will keep them alive.
when?
Big thanks to the TeamSpeak 6 Beta team for your hard work and community-focused approach! The modern interface, performance improvements, and cross-platform compatibility are fantastic. Your openness to feedback and preserving the ‘classic TeamSpeak spirit’ is truly appreciated. Excited to see what’s next!
why only credit card as a payment method? i dont have one and im not going to get one only for a ts community…
TS6 Server Beta would be awesome
I’m still waiting for it.
Same here, cant buy a server because i dont have a credit card and on my end there are no other options for example Applepay or Paypal … only credit card which is just urgh
Unfortunately, it was the same for me, but I found someone who rented one for me, what wouldn’t you do for the batch xD
First question I have is, beta2 not even starting on win10 is expected behavior?
I don’t see logs anywhere. What I tried:
download msi installer since auto-update with restart might have failed.
temporarily rename %APPDATA% TeamSpeak folder.
Still does not even start.
Amazing guys, even if im still using ts3 server mostly for my friends, I am willingly paying for small community server It aint much but its honest work XD Cant wait to see final product!
P.S. still waiting for Chat chanels only ^^
Nice.
what else do you have? PayPal? I would be willing to purchase it for you if you send me the money or something.
mind you, I saw they are adding PayPal as an option for payment soon. (if I’m not mistaken)
Will there be any updates on the synchronization issues between users during screen sharing? When I can’t access my friend’s stream because our time is not synchronized or something else
Hopefully that local process will use nearly the same control as the server based distribution when it arrives.
Everytime I think of the server side I image an NGINX service like I used on my VPS to repeat a steam from my local computer out to FaceBook, Twitch and YouTube. NGINX is a small footprint to integrating it into the client should not be out of the question, then once the to server option arrives and if they are built the same, the only change would be where you direct the initial rendered steam and the control commands for it.
Cool all done! I’ve always liked TeamSpeak\better.
