TS6-beta2 Client does not start

it just can’t start teamspeak. Tried running as administrator, changing compatibility, starting from folder and from shortcut, and deleting and reinstalling TS5 (6) completely. No errors whatsoever, just windows loading wheel for half a second and nothing. No activity in Task Manager either. This started when yesterday I pressed an “Update now” message in notifications in upper left corner

TRY THIS

  1. uninstall and remove all files
  2. reinstall teamspeak6

are ther any other files apart from Appdata/Local/Programs/TeamSpeak that I need to delete? I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I might have missed something

OMG this sucks ■■■! Repairing fixes you to TS5, after 2 weeks there’s no way for me to update to TS6

I shouldn’t have reinstalled the same loader three times, ha-ha. If anyne has the same problem as me - in teamspeak-client.msi click on REPAIR TEAMSPEAK button, NOT load again and you are fine! Most probably
before pressing “repair TS” I deleted Appdata/Local/Programs/TeamSpeak folder and it switch you back to TS5

damn, I got too happy too early, it fixes you to TS5 version, not newest beta one. At least I can still enjoy something better than Skype, I guess xD
don’t know if it will work forever like that, but I’m now on the same server with my friend who’s on 6.0.0 when I’m on 5.smth

Appdata/Local/Programs/TeamSpeak remove this

yes the client and the server are compatible with all versions

Unfortunately these tips didn’t help, mine also doesn’t start

On OS windows 10 1809 ts client 6beta2 do not started. Why?
Do not found system requirements for TS client 6.

Make sure that your drivers are up to date and hardware still got some updates the last 2 years, also you should probably do some a Windows update as it is now over 6 years old…

The --no-sandbox parameter may help here.

  • Do a right click on your TeamSpeak 5 shortcut.
  • There you select Properties and following window opens

  • Select the Shortcut tab
  • In Target you add space and --no-sandbox at the end
  • Apply and start the client with that shortcut.

Open this folder. Clear all files in there. Then start the client.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\TeamSpeak\Logs\Default

Do you have any crash dumps in this folder?:
%LocalAppData%\TeamSpeak\User Data\Crashpad\reports

I’ve got the same issue after updated from ts5 to ts6
Reinstallation and --no-sandbox flag didn’t worked for me

There are no logs, adding the parameter to the shortcut does not help.
A friend has the same OS LTSB and the client also does not start. Apparently the problem is in some old software. Vcredist? NetFramework? Directx? What could it be?

any idea?

Indeed, whenever i Try To Start the .exe of Ts6, Nothing happens.

I tried

  1. Uninstalling and Reinstalling Ts6 (Including all Ts6 and Ts3 Config files in Users, Appdata Etc.)
  2. Uninstalling Ts 6 then Ts3, and Then Reinstalling Ts6
  3. Run Teamspeak.Exe (Ts6) as Administrator
  4. Run Teamspeak.exe in Windows 8 Compatibility Mode4
  5. Tried to Mess with -Safemode run
  6. Tried to Install it on Other Drives (C: D:) Just for the Hecks of it, i tried to install it on a DVD, but still no Success.

Nothing Helped.

i Looked in the Taskmanager while trying to Start, The Process appears for like half a Second and the dissapears. No Crash Message, No Error NOTHING. And no Log File in the Main TS-Directory.
Windows 10 is Up to Date (Litherally after posting Tried to solve by Updating, Still no Start at all)
Ts3 Works Fine Tho.

A similar situation, you can install client number 5 to check, it should open only once, after that it will stop opening in the same way as client 6

have you found a way to fix it? I’m still on TS5 while my all friends are on TS6

did you find a solution to the problem? Even repairs don’t help

So everyone who reported this problem either has an outdated Windows version or has installed an “LTSB” version, is that correct?

from my side it is correct, I don’t know about other users who have confirmed a similar problem. Well, what do you say about what can help solve the problem, except for reinstalling Windows? You haven’t suggested anything at all and haven’t even suggested anything.
