Any updates on current development state? The project looks dead again, no updates from devs, no releases. Latest notable update is beta7 which is october, half a year already. Waiting for server-side screen sharing, or atleast STUN-servers tied to TS6-server
For the server, we’ve shared a first look at server snapshots, which will simplify server migrations and backups. This is currently in the alpha phase, and just this week, we got a new updated version that will be pushed to the alpha testing soon.
Regarding the client, we have completely redesigned a client feature that will most likely be revealed next week. We will post about this on both our Twitter @teamspeakdev and in the Forum → Announcements.
The Server SFU is still under development, but I am unable to provide an estimated release date at this time. You can count on a TS6 Server update being released before the TS6 Beta Server license expires.
How do you look at shipping TURN server into TS6 for screensharing until real server-sharing is implemented? I experience a lot of troubles traversing even single-NATted clients only because router is doing symmetric NAT or something, not even telling about double-nat. Sounds like a tradeoff
