TSDNS Error: Could not resolve hostname

I am using the correct server name and PW that I do on the PC, and that is the only information I need I believe.

Any ideas why this isn’t working?

Generally this means that you have a typo in the hostname that you are connecting with. Double check the server address you input, with the one you were given.

If you still have this error, it could be due to a DNS problem. Try to connect using the IP address instead.
