Turning the VPN on and off disrupts the screen sharing feature. The issue resolves only after restarting the client.
This is to be expected since you your viewer expects a stream on a specific IP, and at some point no longer receives it.

I understand why the issue occurs, but I would like to suggest a potential improvement.
This problem could be resolved by updating the IP when rejoining or restarting the stream. Restarting the client completely can be quite inconvenient, especially when you need to switch VPNs multiple times for different tasks.
I am not sure how difficult this would be to implement, but I’ll forward this to discussion.
