Unable to connect to a specific server any longer without a VPN turned on

Yesterday I was disconnected from a server that I use daily and assumed the server went down or I would reconnect at a later time as that has happened in the past. Today I was still unable to join that server so I messaged on discord and the server was up and running. I’m able to connect to other TS servers just fine and the only way I can connect to this server is to turn on a VPN which I would rather not do as it causes in-game connection issues.

I have restarted router, PC, re-installed TS client, flushed DNS, cleared IP with no results.

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

May the server has some country restriction connections?

Negative, I don’t believe so. I have sent the server staff information as well. I have been connected to this TS almost daily for the past half-year without any issues. I’m honestly at a loss as to what else I could even try. I do greatly appreciate the help though and if it is in fact something on their server end I will post here to let you know.
