There are 5 people in total trying to connect. Ever since this new update, streaming has been completely broken—nobody can stream to the server at all. We’re using your paid server tier (the basic one), but connections fail entirely. On the rare occasions when we got lucky and connected a couple of times, it only streamed audio, with no video playback.
Have you tried disabling hardware acceleration in the video settings?

yes for everyone and just the one streaming
Streaming to the server is not available yet, meaning P2P is currently the only option.
Could you please send me fresh logs from your system as well as your friends ones to further investigate this issue:
