User on TS-Server has random timeouts

Good evening,

since a few days, almost all users have timeouts from time to time, then they connect again directly afterwards.

I have also cut out a server log:

First of all is it possible that the ping or packet loss of the server is too high?
Do the users have similar IPs (maybe from the same country)?

Another possibility in my mind would be that there is an incoming DDoS attack on the server.

No, the TeamSpeak server consistently has a 10ms ping and averages 0.00% packet loss.

No and if a few friends have the first few initial numbers of the IP address the same, because almost all colleagues of mine live in the area, but are also with different providers.
Because even users who live further away / that I do not know, had a packet loss.

That may be, I could check with my server provider.
