my server randomly stops after being live for about 2-3 minutes
only thing in the logs is this

is it possible to remove a slot? im pretty sure my old developer stole my license
Shut all instances of the server down
Wait 2 - 3 hours & start one up again (gives time for the accounting server to reset itself)
i dont have access to do that, he stole my server files and im pretty sure my ts license and is running it on another box
You can renew your License… and get a new key/License. Your old DEV cant use the old License anymore. but i dont know the exact Step too do this.

by doing that am i going to have to pay again since theres still 5 months left on the license
But contacting the support team, doesn’t mean that you will have to pay. As Rikku said they can give you more details of the issue, and there is a high possibility to help you fix it, by changing your license key with another one. This won’t change your remaining time of your license, just the key of it. At the only of the subscription then you will just have to renew it.
