Hey there, PayPal is in the works and will be rolled out in the coming weeks. We are still in the testing stage to make sure it functions properly.

Our current payment options for Communities are Google/Apple Pay or credit card.
More payment options will become available in due course including PayPal.
Apple Pay should be visible when using Safari
Google Pay when using an Android phone or sometimes it will appear in a Chrome desktop browser

Hello i want to buy a teamspeak community but i dont know how to choose apple play as a payment method. I only can choose the credit card method
Is there any other subscription method? I would like to subscribe to the $17.99 subscription service, but my UnionPay card does not support payment, so I can only use PayPal to pay my bills
You can read the detailed answer below. Depending on the region and the service you are using (either Google Pay or Apple Pay) it may be possible to link your PayPal account and proceed then with the purchase of a Community.

Just wanted to buy a subscription but here in Germany only credit cards are accepted. Since few here in the EU have / use one PayPal would REALLY be important to have. And / or direct deduction from once Bank account would work aswell via SEPA. Now that DIscord is going from bad to worse i’d rather deal with moving my community earlier than later… Hope at least PayPal will be available in the EU soon.

Are there any updates about different payment options? there’s only credit card available. For people from the US it might be pretty convenient, but here in Germany it’s rather rare to have or use one. I’m so damn tired of discord and want to move over to TS but you guys making it pretty hard for me and my friends to do so. We use the Official Teamspeak Community Server since 4 month by now and want to get our own. Could you please give me at least a rough estimate of when you will add more payment options?
Hey @Xuro5201, we also offer Apple Pay and Google Pay as Payment Methods for Communities, but we’ll be looking into expanding the payment options in the future. We’ve come across some issues implementing PayPal as an option, but it’s not completely off the table. Though I wouldn’t count on it coming soon either, to be completely honest.

Hi and thanks for the answer. Google and Apple Pay wont show up either for me. No idea if more people have this issue. For me, it’s only credit card. I already showed the support team via ticket some screenshots. There’s no option for me. Only Credit card
Did you check on mobile as well?
I just checked on Android / Chrome and it was showing up

Using my IPhone 12 and Safari, still only credit card. My girlfriend also tried it with her andriod, opera browser, also only credit card. Sorry, but thanks for that anyways 
Morning. I even downloaded chrome just for the sake of it, but i still can’t switch from credit card. Don’t know, if I‘m doing something wrong, I’d be glad if someone could point it out.
I have the Apple Pay option.
I am using an iPad mini 6, iPad OS 26, and Firefox.
