I am new to this ecosystem. Yesterday I started a monthly plan (directly through TeamSpeak) to migrate over from Discord. I got the community up and running but wanted to claim ownership and admin status as I am the one footing the bill for my friend group. It says I need a privilege key. Not sure where I will find this. I looked through similar topics and they referenced an email that I should receive? I looked through my entire email and spam. I have nothing.
Yes you need a privilege key. Those are not sent by email if no new key has been requested from our support.
Check on your dashboard.
If the “Claim Community” button is still blue, then you should have a privilege key on the right side to use.
Otherwise you should already have the owner group assigned to your identity.

That worked, thank you! I was confused on the info for an email on other threads. I think it seems to be my misunderstanding of self hosted vs paid official servers.
