How do you expect us to be of help here? You presumably entered a contract with a company featured on the TeamSpeak website as a hoster. TeamSpeak Systems GmbH and TeamSpeak Systmes, Inc. are only affiliated with TypeFrag LLC in that the latter purchased a license allowing them to provide TeamSpeak servers as a service.
If you suspect fraud by the other party for not providing the services you paid for, you need to contact your local law enforcement.
If you want to talk to TeamSpeak Systems about the practices of their business partners, you need to open a ticket on https://support.teamspeak.com.
Here on the forum, we are not able to help you with such problems.
