I have cancelled my plan after a free trial period to get a better plan but after i cancel i was charged for the simple plan. I wanted to cancel it pay for a better plan, but stuck in this plan cause i was charged for the plan that i cancelled now. What can i do to refund it and get a better plan or the amount can be deducted when i go for a better plan? Someone help please.
