i tried connecting again lately using the ip and the server address name. same issue

i can connect only with the IP.
I try it with the following adress: 103.249.70.35:9987

I finally fixed it. Had to join it off public server browser.

Hi there.

I was sitting in a server when I was disconnected and now Iā€™m unable to connect to any server. Iā€™ve been using this server this week with no issues. Others are currently using it. I am unable to join any server including public TS server. However, as mentioned I can connect to servers if I use a VPN, but given the lag involved itā€™s not a viable option. Issue is failed to connect to server.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. I have tried resetting Internet adapters. Iā€™ve tried the 8888-8844 work around. Checked firewalls and turned them off completely to see if they would allow connection with no success. Also added ts3 to firewall allowed apps. I only use windows defender on my windows ten.

Any help with this issue would be welcome. Iā€™ve exhausted all my options and spent the last three hours researching and implementing fixes that havenā€™t worked.

HI, i need help.

Most servers when i used , now i cant connecting. Just write failed to connecting to server

But my friend styl use this server. And the servers are on.

If i connect to ts3server://voice.teamspeak.com - its ok.
I try to off firewall , reinstal TS 3, I tray another pc, and platform. I try conntact provider due to port blocking. But provider say no blocking port.

Can you post your TeamSpeak Client log please? :slight_smile:

  • Check your firewall and make sure it doesnā€™t block TeamSpeak at all.
  • Check your security software to make sure it doesnā€™t block any ports or protocols (some like to block UDP traffic which is essential for TeamSpeak)
  • Check your router and search for any firewall, SPI Firewall, DDoS Protection, Flood Protection or similar and disable those option
  • Occasionally it helped to disable ā€œUDP Checksum Offloadā€ for the network card. On Windows this can be found in the device manager, properties of the network adapter under the advanced tab.

I came back home after visiting someone, started my computer and out of sudden I couldnā€™t join on MY or ANY Teamspeak3 Server (by DNS) anymore.

I did the ā€œcheck via DNS or IPā€ test and I can connect via IP

Need help please.

Things I did so far:

  • Firewall
  • Fritzbox (Router)
  • Bitdefender (Security Programm)

so I am out of options.

Have you tried to flush your DNS cache and reset winsock?

What you can try is:
You can also set an alternate DNS server in your router and see if it works. I personally recommend the Google DNS server or Cloudflare DNS

I use the 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as alternative.

There is a normal connection and then this error pops up, who knows how to solve it?

Iā€™m living in Kiev, and I know at least one more guy who cannot connect to server which we always used. Can I solve this problem? My provider said that they did nothing

You may try these steps first.

App was working about 6 months ago but just tried to use again and does this tried re installing it and no effect on iphone 5 SE

Any update on this? same thing happening to me when i try to connect without wifi.
