I need a channel without a password, how can I fix it?
You can’t fix it, because the server forces you to enter a password. You can use a different server or try to contact an admin to change the permission settings.
But if the server forces you to use a password it may have a reason. Large servers for example forces passwords to reduce the chance of other people disturbing you.

The person who can change this is the Admin of the server.
Permission b_channel_create_modify_with_force_password is set as active in your group and in case it was by an accident that one needs to be disabled again.
