I think i’m not taking any risk by saying they are renting space in a datacenter (especially in Frankfurt, where there’s huge ones).
They did not pay enough for it. Just add capacity and we’re done.
Believe in your product, nobody’s going to believe in it for you.
I mean it seems that the only one believing in the product is their community manager , How the ■■■■ am I paying for a VoIP server and the provider doesn’t have enough storage
Hi everyone, we are actively dealing with broken communities and are in the process of fixing them. I completely understand the frustration caused by communities only working partially or sometimes not working at all.
As many of you have probably noticed, we have disabled the ability to create and/or purchase communities due to the sheer amount of people coming in to make sure we can fix the issues we are currently facing before allowing more purchases and community creations to go through.
As always, I’ll do my best to keep you all in the loop, so please bear with me as I try to reply to users cross platforms and keep the forum tidy to the best of my ability.

Removing the comunnity and creating a a new one resolved the issue for me
What is much worse is that you pay for it and get nothing. I have been waiting for over 24 hours for my community

It works for me now the server is online and so far no problems setting up the server
I got 2 communitys that are from the webinterface seems to be running (created right after it was possible yesterday) but still can’t connect to them
my server is seen as disposing. still waiting. hope it will be started.

Did you try creating a bookmark and using that? For some reason I could not use the “Search / Connect” box to connect to my server, but manually creating the bookmark to the server’s address worked for mine.
Over 24+ hours without any assistance other than a brief reply this morning indicating it was being looked at. This is interesting. I hope we are looking at credits for people who have paid and have not been able to use their services yet. Still stuck on “Starting Community.” Webpage seems buggy.
yea, if I try to connect via the hostname(as its the only type of “ip” I got).
I get “failed connection initialization”
and with my other community i get “could not resolve hostname” as if the dns isn’t existing.
I created them right after communitys were launched and were neve able to connect
aaaaaaaand it will be a refund. nearly 72h without any service, creation still unavailable, communication is mind blowing too. I respect that you have hard times SYOX but that’s not our problem. If you are overhelmed, so hire more moderators. If you are at server capacity, buy more servers. We don’t have to be the mattress of your lackings. Looks like we just wait to have more “free slots” and that’s really really bad
I think the best temporary solution would be releasing self-hosted servers asap, because they have issues with their servers, so people could normally use TS6.
I understand them, they need to sell servers because company need to work and earn money, so they can pay developers, invest more in development.
In the end of a day, TeamSpeak company needs to make profit, that’s normal and they deserve to.
What an absolute disaster of a launch. Quite embarrassing.
And there’s still no information on what will happen with the wasted days.
This is not how you beat competitors.
Maybe you want to start offering a refunds page soon, before people start contacting their credit card companies and you’ll foot the bill for the chargeback fees on top.
Edit: my server has now suspended itself. Embarrassing.
Since there are no updates and the time keeps ticking down without any further communication - where can we find the refund option or will we be forced to chargeback through the credit card?
My Communities have also Suspended themselves. I tried to disable them to re-enable them and they never suspended last night. Woke up today to my servers showing Suspended.
Support has asked what client version I am using, what browser plugins I have installed, and asked me to “try again.”
I can’t exactly try anything now that both of my Communities are Suspended, and they have disabled the creation of new Communities.
Please help us…
If the support really asked about your client version and browser plugins it shows that they have no clue what’s even going on, since the issues are obviously not on the user end.
This is getting worse and worse…
