Could not open file transfer connection

Hi, can you help me? I want upload icons on my server but when i do that it will show me this mistake!

From this guide you will see the required ports

As i already told you the needed port is 30033/tcp.
So you have to open this port in your server’s firewall.

To change the post, you can start the server with the parameter filetransfer_port=12345. This one must be used every time or else port 30033 is used again.

In terminal where you start the server
./ts3server_startscript.sh start filetransfer_port=12345

Or create/use ts3server.ini file where parameters can be entered and then command would change to
./ts3server_startscript.sh start inifile=ts3server.ini

For some reason i get this error when i try to add any icon its problem with icon or host it self? i use teamspeak hosting server and file type is .png if it even matter idk. any one know why i can’t add icons? i download this icons from https://tsicons.com first time trying to put icons so have no idea what is wrong :sweat_smile:
