Same issue here.
check your firewall settings, make sure the correct ports are enabled
What more do I have to do?
I’ve tried on different servers but I keep getting an error. What exactly is the reason?
Same issue on Docker

I don’t think I made a mistake in anything as a setup but
still the same I hope they offer a solution
Sounds like there are problems with myTeamSpeak IDs?
This error reappears on my local server(Docker) and GCP , but join other servers did not have this problem
I still have the issue. Definitely an error of Teamspeak itself. I reset my whole server and it’s still not working. No blocking ports, no missing permissions.
@Stefan92 I wonder if there will be news
This looks like your servers fail to download the revocation list. This happens when the server can not access port 443 TCP outgoing.
Make sure that this is not blocked!
My server also cannot download revocation list, but myTeamspeak is working. Probably because of it’s uptime.
Hey,
For a few days now I have a problem with my TS3 running on a VPS. Anytime a user connects to the server they get a message that
"The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID. Some myTeamSpeak related services are not available.
Reconnecting might solve the issue.
myTeamSpeak ID is invalid"
I have all the necessary ports opened. Tried everything that I could come up with but no luck. Tried to reinstall, completely rebuild the VPS, different OS, doing some password changes on myTeamSpeak and everything, but nothing helps.
As I see this is a reoccuring problem and some other folks have encountered the same problem in the previous days.
Some advice would be much appreciated, and if this is a TeamSpeak related issue and not a user-error a quick fix would be nice.
Thanks in advance,
Ames
Your server may not be able to reach ts3services.teamspeak.com or port 443 TCP outgoing is blocked
same problem. ping to ts3services.teamspeak.com works fine.
server log
2021-01-04 02:44:54.333988|INFO |ServerLibPriv | |failed to download revocation list - count: 1
Same problem. The error appeared on December 31, 2020. The counter has already counted the error -29 times. All the necessary ports are open.
|INFO |ServerLibPriv | |failed to download revocation list - count: 29
Same issue here. port 443 is open outgoing. SSL-connections are not intercepted. I can see the server making a connection. Started to fail the download around the 31. Did Teamspeak maybe forgot to renew a certificate?
I also tried a server completely exposed to the internet. Same difference. Fails to download the revocation list. And yes, time zone and system time was set correctly. So this should be on their end, not our servers.
Please advise (or fix your system).
This is actually more of a server issue than the client, so I guess continuing in this thread makes sense:
https://community.teamspeak.com/t/myteamspeak-id-is-invalid-server-could-not-validate-it/15768
And yes, while this could be an issue with outgoing SSL-connections or invalid system time. This time it’s not. And it cannot be pure random chance, that this keeps occuring on this scale. I suspect it would be worse, if the revocation lists did not have a life time of about a month. So if they don’'t fix it, there should be a lot more complains around beginning next month, when all the servers that previously successfully downloaded the list have their copy expire.
One odd thing to add: While my server(s) cannot download the list. For me the client side warning only appears in the TS3 client and the mobile (iOS) one, but not on the TS5 beta client.

ME tooo ;(
support wake up
While most people have this problem, I am sure that the problem is not caused by me alone, I think something should be done as soon as possible.
