Failed to download revocation list - myTS Features are not available

My server have been up and running for years without any trouble and now Ive had this problem for the last couple of days. All the necessary ports are open and I tried restarting all my hardware without any luck.

Same here:

since last server reboot!

Has Teamspeek been discontinued?

Same here.

2025-01-13 10:47:46.752230|INFO |ServerLibPriv | |failed to download revocation list - count: 1

No TeamSpeak has not been discontinued. There might be an issue with the server.

Maybe @SYOX can forward the issue. Until then just be patient till it is fixed.

This is still a problem. Does anyone know why these servers keep dying?

Here. Since yesterday the same problem on my server :frowning:
failed to download revocation list > check

No firewall active, access via direct port forwarding, all TS3 ports opened, not a suspicous IP.
Restart or rebuilding the server is not working.

Please fix!

Thanks for the reports, we’ll look into it!

Hey,
thanks so far for your help!
The myTeamSpeak identifiers are now running, but the domains are again/continue to be disrupted because I get the TS3ANetwork errors.

2025-02-07 17:13:33.311590|INFO | | |myTeamSpeak identifier revocation list was downloaded successfully - all related features are activated

2025-02-07 17:18:37.004436|ERROR   |              |   |TS3ANetwork::Send failed error: 111

Again…

Yup again getting it all the time, this is becoming a joke.

I am also having this same issue. I have the server registered on the website and have a valid license agreement but my server is also telling me I currently have no license.

Thanks for bringing this up. We are working on it now.

Edit: The issue is fixed by now

Was fixed. (but isn’t anymore, I guess?)

Seeing the 2025-04-09 10:56:02.449626|INFO |ServerLibPriv | |failed to download revocation list - count: 1 on two of my machines. The old one, which is still working fine, but has those messages in the server-side log. And the new one, which gives those ugly “myTeamSpeak ID is invalid” messages when connecting to it.

Thanks for reporting. We’ll look into it.

Edit: the issue is fixed again

Again.

I am in the process of setting up a selfhosted teamspeak server.
I am stuck over an hour with “|ServerLibPriv | |failed to download revocation list - count: 1|”, i am at this point very certain that I got all the ports open that it ever will need.

Given the current replies here, this could also be a problem from teamspeaks sides?

(no license, simple 32 slots, reporting to server list disabled)

Thanks for reporting, we’ll take care if this issue. I’ll update my post once I’ll have new information.

I have confirmed I can ping the following URLs and that it is none of my DNS filtering or IPv4/IPv6 blocking access to any of the following domains: accounting.teamspeak.com, accounting2.teamspeak.com, ts3services.teamspeak.com, or weblist.teamspeak.com

Outbound on 443 to ts3services.teamspeak.com works but it appears on the ts3services.teamspeak.com side it is rejecting the connection with a “403 Forbidden”. I have tried this from various IP addresses and it returns a “403 Forbidden”.

Output of “wget https://ts3services.teamspeak.com”:

username@hostname:~$ wget https://ts3services.teamspeak.com

Let me know if you need any additional information or for me to perform any additional tests. Looking forward to getting this ironed out!

Thanks for the additional information, appreciate it. The problem might be fixed today (Sunday), and if not, then Monday at the latest, when everyone is back from the weekend.

Thanks again, and sorry for the inconvenience :^)
