Invalid License Message

I had a conversation with the support of teamspeak about my problem with the license. Can you help me please?

What type of license are you using. Is it the one that you receive when you download the server software and you get the slots for free, or are you using our SDK/another license?

we have a moved our Teamspeak server and the domain from a Windows virtual-server to a new Linux hardware-server.

Now we get the error, that the used licence is invalid. We use the free licence with 32 serverslots.

Can you help us please.

Server version you use is outdated.
Download and install latest version from TeamSpeak Downloads | TeamSpeak


That’s not right. I am using the up to date version. The version on the download-site is 3.13.7.

You can create backup on YaTQA, then you can install new version of teamspeak server and you can restore the backup.

There is nothing wrong with this log. This is exactly what it looks like, when you have no license but the integrated one.

For some reason i think that his issue is not the license itself. The issue is the greylist message that shows up when he connects to the server. Probably a previous owner of that ip abused it.

In that case if i am correct you need to contact TeamSpeak at [email protected].


Thank you for your respond. That is why i messaged the Teamspeak Support before i posted here.

Now i have send an e-mail to [email protected].

I will post an update since i got an answer.

The server was greylisted. The problem is solved.
