Hello,
Very strange? This should switch over without issue normally.
Technical support is no longer available on this platform. The technical team can now be found on the community.teamspeak.com forums. Before you post on the forums, please search the forums first to see if an answer is already available for you. If an answer isn’t there, feel free to post so we can assist you.
Please note: This also includes bug reports, feature requests or suggestions in general for the new TS5 client too. (We’re trying to make sure that all reports are collected on a single platform).
The login details for the forums if you don’t know already is the same login details that you use for your myTeamSpeak account. If you don’t have a myTS account, you can register here: myTeamSpeak Registration
Thank you.

Greetings,
What type of license are you using. Is it the one that you receive when you download the server software and you get the slots for free, or are you using our SDK/another license?
Thanks

Hello,
we have a moved our Teamspeak server and the domain c-wg.de from a Windows virtual-server to a new Linux hardware-server.
Now we get the error, that the used licence is invalid. We use the free licence with 32 serverslots.
For some reason i think that his issue is not the license itself. The issue is the greylist message that shows up when he connects to the server. Probably a previous owner of that ip abused it.
In that case if i am correct you need to contact TeamSpeak at [email protected].
