What do you mean with lost your account? You are logged in here, so the account still exists.

you don’t mean your account but your identity which belongs to the server, maybe you should have logged in with your myteamspeak account and activated the sync before reinstalling.
This would save your identities in your myteamspeak account.

I managed to fix it getting local identity from other device, and syncing it with myts3 acc.
