[MEGATHREAD] TeamSpeak Messenger Connection Issue

Good morning, I’m having problems with TS 6 client, after downloading and logging in, it can’t connect to contacts and group chats… I’ve already tried deleting all local files and uninstalling the program, restarting the router and pc. I reinstalled it and it keeps having connection problems, then if I keep it on it connects after about 5 minutes and all actions on social (contacts and group chats) are slow as hell. I need support please.

Hi! Any solutions out there?

Update 24. January

Unfortunately we don’t have a solution yet. I’ve collected all reports from the last few days and will pass the topic onto IT which will have a look at it, to get the connection issue resolved.

I also have this question.Display disconnected connection.

Hello everyone,

I can’t connect to the chat server on TS6.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing works.
I’ve also uninstalled TS3, but nothing …
If you have any ideas, I’d love to hear from you.
ts6-1
ts6-2

Same issue.

Hey,
I downloaded the new client and I’m having a problem with connecting with the messenger services, It keeps saying reconnecting but it is not connecting at all.
I created an account to test and it connects perfectly.
Main account still not connecting, I tried normally without any VPN or manual DNS, I also tried with VPN alone, with DNS alone, and with both of them. still cant connect.

I have you are not connected to the messenger services error. And every time I connect to the server, I get an invalid parameter error, which doesn’t mean anything. I deleted all logs and cache, before this there was no teampskeak on the system

This is my all logs

Same here, with firewall deactivated

Not quite sure, but I think this is a common problem Windows 11 users, because I have a friend that installed Teamspeak for the first time and then he also had issues with the groups and contacts not connecting, and this is because he never used Teamspeak in his life…

I also had issues, but then I figured out my firewall was blocking everything, yes, noticed Teamspeak uses Google tracking to collect data from it’s users, luckily my firewall is capable to block these trackers…

How is this still not resolved?!

Update 6. February

We have identified an issue where accounts are attempting to connect to a chat server that is no longer available. To resolve this, we need to manually clear the chat data on the affected accounts, which is currently not possible on the production myTS system.

The issue has been identified, and a fix is on the way and will be implemented soon.

After formatting my computer and reinstalling everything, I’m having trouble with TS6. It tells me I have no internet connection, but I can chat on the server I purchased, although I have to enter the password every time. My friend says I’m offline all the time. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
I reinstalled TS6 and added it to the antivirus exclusions

try installing on another PC to test if its a caching issue. not sure if all data is removed when uninstalling TS.

Teamspeak Build number 1737468425

I am experiencing an issue with the chat services in Teamspeak 6.0.0 Beta 2. Even though I am connected to a Teamspeak server (so I am definitely online), the chat functions remain disconnected. The message says:

“You are not connected to chat services. Please ensure you are connected to the internet.”

However, my internet connection is stable, and everything else in Teamspeak works fine.

Is this a known issue, and is there a way to fix it?

A post was merged into an existing topic: Error on login? - Failed to sign in to this account; unknown error!

I hope the fix comes quickly! We’ve been waiting for a while :frowning:

I recently joined myTS and its an interesting concept and look forward to switching here from discord but i keep disconnecting. When it’s fixed I will stick to myTS. For now I’ll just keep an eye. :kissing_closed_eyes:

The problem still exists :frowning:

Please try the following steps.

  1. log out of your account in TS6
  2. close the client
  3. rename or delete the cache folder

Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\TeamSpeak\Cache\Default
Linux: ~/.cache/TeamSpeak/Default
MacOS: ~/Library/Caches/TeamSpeak

  1. start the client and log back in
