I seem to be having the same issue, a few examples of the error at different times for different services on both ts3 and ts5:

The Sync service is in maintenance mode
Nothing will be lost when service is turned back on. But this will take itâs time.
How it looks we do not expect it to go back online the next 12 hours. The giant database needs itâs time as we did learn yesterday.
Hey guys - Got an issue Iâve not had before. Since reinstalling Windows 10, Iâve run into an issue where I can login to my myTeamspeak account just fine both from the app and the webpage, but I get the error message âFailed to synchronize with myTeamspeak accountâ
Iâve tried both adding exceptions to my Windows defender etc., disabling it entirely but no dice. Any ideas?
same for me, and good to know that this is caused by server problem/maintenance.
is there any local copy of the favorites list? Even when its getting back afte sync is repaird, it would be nice to have alocal copy or so (not only cloud based storage and no way to get it if s.th. is happening like now)?
As long you were logged in before the downtime or any other event the bookmarks/favorites are cached and should be accessible for the client.
Only when you logout or didnât login before these are not available as long sync doesnât work.
With TS3 you can Copy these to the local database.

Our sync service is in maintenance mode and and not available at the moment. This a wanted behavior to not work at moment.
Question, So yesterday during maintenance I had to change my password at some point. I thought the issues going on would be fixed from me relogging in but that wasnât the case. Today I opened my account up and its links with my email but my unique ID was changed. When the Sync services go back up will my ID go back to what it was prior to resetting my password. I ask because all my bookmarks were removed so I canât join a specific server I was on prior to my issues happening.
Note: All my issues got worse when I reset my password. Before that everything was fine I was actively in a server.
The synced items will return.
But when you reset your password, then you also change the encryption for already synced items and the online synced items will no longer match the new encryption.
So when they return and the password was reset somehow, then with a big chance the Recovery Key you had (before the maintenance) is required.
If you donât have that key backed up (as the client told you) ⌠then the synced items can not be decrypted from the client and encrypted again.
The situation is new for us. These are the chances without a recovery key.
With big chance the synced items are gone
With a small chance everything is like it was before the maintenance
I have a quick question, my friend reset the recovery key while synchronization was turned off, is there a chance that his identity will come back when synchronization returns, or not because he reset the key?
2 Days ago I just started Ts3 like i normally do and then my Identity is just gone.
My saved Servers are gone my Avatar gone all gone. Felt like a fresh install of Teamspeak.
I noticed this all happend while Teamspeak login was down for mutiple Days. Maybe this has smth do to with it ?

Changing the Password, Email, Recovery should not have any negative effect for this maintenance.
Only resetting the password
and then doing Fallback instead of using the Recovery key is as critical as it would be without the current maintenance.
Hello, short question. It is already clear how long it might take to maintain the sync.
Unfortunately not.
We just took system online minutes ago and our sync and results and logs show us lots of problems.

Hello, I cannot log in to my account.
While trying to log in to my myteamspeak account, I received an error saying âyour password or gmail is incorrectâ and I thought I wrote a wrong password and I tried to reset my password by clicking âforgot my passwordâ but I got an error saying âTransaction queries could not be completedâ. I would be happy if you can help, myteamspeak team.
You both are logged in here with the same login data the client or myTS page do use.
Nothing is lost. Please do not touch your account data during this maintenance.
