Our team has been diligently working on improving the stability and performance of myTeamSpeak. As a result, we will be migrating user data to a new and more robust system.

Why the Migration? :thinking:

The primary goal of this migration is to enhance the overall myTeamSpeak experience. By moving to a new system, we will be able to provide you with a more stable and efficient platform.

Multiple Downtimes :chart_with_downwards_trend:

We understand the inconvenience that downtime can cause and want to minimize any disruption to your TeamSpeak experience. To achieve this, we have decided to split the migration process into multiple smaller downtimes rather than having one large maintenance that could last half a day. This approach will help us ensure a smoother transition and reduce the impact on your TeamSpeak experience.

No Impact on Users :information_source:

We want to emphasize that this migration will have no impact on your side. After the maintenance concludes, your TeamSpeak experience will remain seamless, and all your favorite badges will stay intact.

As always, all myTS services will be temporarily unavailable due to ongoing maintenance. This includes for example: synchronization, badges, badge redemption, logins, avatars, and account creation.

There’s no need to report any issues during the downtime as we’re actively working on the services.

Edit Services are back

We are going to work on the myTS services again to fix the issues with Sync and restore data to the users.
This will happen more than once today. We can not tell how often or how long it takes.

We are currently working on fixing the issues with myTS, so there is currently downtime. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any details on when myTS will be available again.
