So, i have the latest client and even repaired it. I have caps lock off and I have the password visible, so I don’t misspell anything. For some reason the desktop application keeps telling me my password is incorrect and now I can’t even sign back in. I changed the password recently because I thought I forgot my old password, i wrote down the new one and it only signs me in on the browser now.
Is there something I’m doing wrong? Is the desktop app broken? the email is correct too. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
hi there; i made a whole new account that seems to have fixed it. if it happens again i will provide the logs. I will note that the new account seems to not be able to log in on the browser to send a support ticket though and when it finally logged in on the client it took a long time to connect.
