I’m starting a screen or application stream with audio enabled, but sound isn’t hearable for viewers. If I check the “help” icon of Audio Capture, it states “This app does not support audio capture”. But still it doesn’t matter what I’m streaming if it’s the browser, screen, or a game.
I tried switching the application sound output to the same output I’m using for my voice output and also setting it as standard in Windows, but this didn’t resolve the issue. Any idea how to fix this?
do you have many audio devices / use other output devices?
Yes. I use a Soundcard thats feeded by my GoXLR. I use the Soundcard as Primary Audio under Windows while I use the Channels of the GoXLR to seperate Audio like Gaming, Music, VoiceChat. those Channels are feeded into my Soundcard and the Output goes to my Headphones.
When video streaming i am able to enable audio capture on most things such as full screen share and some games like Diablo and Tabletop simulator, however on WOW Classic client and Marvel Rivals I am not able to switch on the Capture Audio button. When hovering over the information icon it says Note: This app does not support audio capture.
My friend seem to have the same issue on same games. Is there some limitation to the audio capture i might not be aware of that is the reason why it don’t work on some games?
