Server appears on server list but my friends can't connect to it

My server appears on the server list when you look it up but my friends cant connect to it it just fails

Then needed ports are not opened or firewall blocks the connection or your/freinds ISP blocks the connection or ping is to high or… could be any (and more) of that.

Try to open port 9987 UDP first and then check the rest if that fails.
