The idea of Tags?
If you want to mention a specific player group you can use tags to notify them.
Every user can assign their own Tags as they would like to. If someone mentions a Tag and the notification is nabled for tags then you will be get notified.
This could be a creation layout of the Tags:
Edit your notifications preferences with tags and name mentions:
You can assing your own Tags however you like to get notified:
→ White disabled
→ Blue enabled
