We found a crash in WebRTC when Echo Cancelation is enabled in a 32-bit client.
As a temporary solution you can do 2 things (please move to 64 bit and ignore the second option 
):

Download and use the 64 bit Cleint.

Open the client and in the Capture settings (Tools > Options > Capture) turn the Echo Cancellation off
