TeamSpeak 5 Client Can’t get online. I’m using beta70 and have been facing this issue for months. I deleted and reinstalled the app but still the same
You got the Beta badge?
Any logs you can show us? %LOCALAPPDATA%\TeamSpeak\Logs\Default
You may clear the log folder first and run the client again and then give us the latest log files.

Do you use an Ipv6?
Do you use a Pihole or other blocking tools?
Do you use an antivirus program?
get the same problem when I’m in my hotspot via laptop and connected via ipv6

IPv6 can be one thing, some cheap provider only providing IPv6 Addresses and no IPv4, sometimes they have one shared IPv4 for multiple Customer, where only few Ports are open.
So just try to ping the Matrix Servers…
ping chat.teamspeak.com
PS: I use Pi hole too, and it’s not blocking TeamSpeak, TeamSpeak is not blacklisted in the default Database…

This is not TS3 
Log shows a homebase move but you should not have a different homebase yet.

I didn’t understand what you mean. Yes I wrote Ts3 but there is Teamspeak 5 on the screen

MyTeamspeak account is also active in Teamspeak 3 client. Could this be the problem? But isn’t that silly? @TS.ChrisR
Okay, so you got an Connection to the IPv4 Address wich is great.
Can you delete the TSChat Cache Folder and the Settings.DB?
Eventually you got invalid Credentials from the Server idkn but, the Connection should be okay.
Only the Cert Message is odd.

I deleted them and reinstalled but still the same. It works fine when I log into a different myteamspeak account. But my main account has such a problem
Can you please share the latest ts chat log?
By any chance you used a non ts5 client with that account? It is known to break account.
I’m asking because the homebase move is suspicious to us. No offense, just asking.
