The icon for the server was not found

So when I do this, my cmd empties. Except for a server. However, I suspect that it has a different port.

then it realy could be a server problem, your connection seams to work

But where exactly is the mistake? It works with other users too.

could be the permission as i read here
https://www.reddit.com/r/teamspeak3/comments/4ueegm/the_icon_for_the_server_was_not_found/

could be that the entrance channel has a too high permission.

Are you and your friend where it only works on VPN on ame provider or share same ip range?
Can we test it for ourself?

This shouldn’t be because he does not get group icons. These are not stored on channels where permissions can be set.

If we use VPN then NordVPN otherwise we have different internet providers.

oh my bad, i miss read it

Could that be because my internet runs over LTE? With DSL, I only receive very slow Internet, which is why I switched providers in April of this year.
