If it is not your server, ask the server owner if there is also a server nickname or domain for TeamSpeak. Also ask - which I don’t think is - if you are blacklisted from the server.

If there is no other possibility than the above IP address, it is still important that all necessary ports are unlocked (TeamSpeak Ports).

Do you have a recent version (e.g. 3.13.6) running on the server?

You should also try the following steps:

• Check your firewall and make sure it doesn’t block TeamSpeak at all.
• Check your security software to make sure it doesn’t block any ports or protocols (some like to block UDP traffic which is essential for TeamSpeak)
• Check your router and search for any firewall, SPI Firewall, DDoS Protection, Flood Protection or similar and disable those option
• Occasionally it helped to disable “UDP Checksum Offload” for the network card. On Windows this can be found in the device manager, properties of the network adapter under the advanced tab.

If none of this helps, you could also check your logs to see if you are getting error messages, etc.

Hi , i ve got a problem. Whrn i try to connect to m y friend`s server, it always say “failed to connect to server”. I tried to connect to ts on mobile at first with the wifi and it doesnt work, after i connected with mi mobile data and it worked.I also called the interenet support and they says that internet work well. does not connect to the server. error Failed to resolve hostname.

Try to connect to our test server

I tried two test servers and both faild. But I can connect to my friend’s server with DNS address and IP adress.

and I have my onw server. I disabled firewall . still can’t connect with server.
Has any thing I should consider on clinect settings or something i missed? Thanks.
