You can't connect to a server?

I am trying to connect to a group of friends server but I always get a failed to connect error.
I have tried many things and the issue is really stumping me… I can connect to the defualt server (voice.teamspeak.com) but not their server.

There are many reasons why a connection could not be made to desired server. Check that you really did entered the right address, IP or server nickname Make sure, that your server is not offline. There is no server running on that IP and or Port.
Or the host blocks the connection.

Please contact the owner or ask the person who gave you this IP.

My friend has problem with joining to our server.
After 2 weeks of not joining he can’t anymore, anyone else can, we tried domain and ip address and nothing works for him.
Here’s the error he gets for domain name.

Could it be DNS problem or something else if he can’t even join from ip address(checked with port number too).

But the Firewall is blocking my Ping sometimes, can you try to ping the Hostname?

That we can assume you don’t have a DNS lock?
