The Server seems to be OFFLINE:

Maybe your Friends or your Hoster has given you the wrong IP?

Tell the owner that his server is OFFLINE and he should start it again

I can’t connect to one specific ts3 server, it’s used for a GTA 5 FiveM server.
Everytime I try to connect Teamspeak loads and then the text: Failed to connect to the server
Others have no problem at this point I’m the only one who has this problem.

These problem exist to now about 3 days until now (01:38 EST - 30.06.2023)

Before you write I tried:

I already restarted the client all the time.
I reinstalled it.
I updated and restored the old version, the client and all plugins.
I switched the Bit version (from 64 bit version to 32 bit version and back to 64 bit version)

And I’m one of the higher server Admins of the FiveM server so I’m literally talking every time to the owner and administrator the server is running.

In addition of my discription I’m sending you all some of my teamspeak logs.

I’m german so the logs have german parts in it i really hope some of you can still help me.

You can try a VPN to connect.

Hi. I am not being able to connect to ANY TS server. However, if I use a VPN I can connect to whatever server I want. But in this case I dont want to use a VPN since it affects my network latency within the games I play. I’ve also read You can't connect to a server? but all of these options are OK with my computer and home network.

When a VPN works but normal connection doesn’t, then all below could be the reason.

• ISP blocks traffic to TeamSpeak or blocks UDP traffic in general
  Ask your provider about it
• Or traffic over servers to final server are broken or take to long
  Changing IP may help
• Or host of the server does block other countries or IPs

i tryed changing dns, ip, using vpn, i disable firewall, i try to connect with the ip and nothing was usefull someone can help me? “i have friends connected in the server”

I would suggest contacting your friend and making him aware that the connection to his server is not possible.

A server on Teamspeak has been unable to connect since July 20. It was briefly normal for two days from July25-27. I asked some friends in China, they said they can’t log in that server, too. But in other country they can log in normaly.
I have asked that server’s owner, he said he didn’t see any block and problem between server and me. He asked for my log of Teamspeak, after checking, he said there is no wrong in it.
He also tell me,
“I asked other chinese players if they had a similar problem and how they fixed it. And they all said sometimes it just doesn’t work because the vpn doesn’t work or their “game acceleration” (translated) doesn’t allow teamspeak sometimes”
I’ve tried everything I hear. Using VPN, Changing DNS, logging to direct IP, all useless. Now I have no idea what’s wrong with that.

what’s wrong with that.

The obvious reason is that your ISP, VPN or country do not allow TeamSpeak or the UDP protocol to be used.
Or target country is blocking the connection.

In your case you need a VPN that can use the UDP protocol.
