Optional question - If you could add something that doesn’t exist on TS currently, what would it be and why?
Screensharing, as all of my friends will only switch to a program that has screensharing capabilities.
I would love to test a alpha version of teamspeak. I´m a systemadministrator from germany and i love to explore new ways to solve problems. Atm i don´t have anyone else who is using ts5 on my server, so i couldn´t try the newest server features. I mean i could install a server for that, but because i don´t need it atm i didn´t had a urge to do it now. If it´s needed for the alpha i can still do it…
Teamspeak 2 for a few hours and then is used TS3 since it was released. Oldest entry on my current server is 2015, but i reinstalled it a few times.
Windows 10
I own one TS3 Server on a rented windows 2019 root server and administrating the settings of a 2nd server.
I would say 3-4 there is always more to find out. Some depths you only see when you fall into it through a problem. “The more you know, the more you know you don’t know.”
For myself i used 2 plugins in teamspeak3 which i love to use. One is TTS whenever a User joins i get directly told their name, so that i don´t have to look on the gui if the user isn´t talking directly. The second plugin is mass mover, sometimes we need to split groups for different games or same game different team and its nice to unit both groups with 2 clicks instead of moving every single user after a round.
A thing which would be great is a channel with permament text messages for everyone, like little news and arrange dates with other users. Please don´t missunderstand me, i love it as a feature that the channels have a chat which only the current users can read and share with each other, but a single channel for this feature would be great.
A thing what i saw from my users would be screen sharing, i know it´s causing traffic and not the easiiest thing to do, but that is a thing why some people on my server used teamspeak for talking with the group and was in a private discord call so that they could share their screen. Everyone uses different software and don´t want to trust the software from the other side, to have a option which comes with the software they already use(teamspeak) can solve that. It don´t have to be build in, a simple plugin which starts a 2nd software would help them. Some stuff is hard to explain to someone with less technical knowledge, when you can show them what they should do or otherwise you can tell where they should click can fasten that process very much.

Well the interface is obsolete In 2021 . I would add a chat system and the ability to create server more easily. I would add the ability to send photos and the ability to link channels with different webhooks and integration with other games
