Bookmark / identity disapear from my pc (MyTeamspeak Connected)

That’s good news.

But we are still working on this whole problem.
The error is not gone and account data maybe overwritten.

FYI, got all my bookmarks back, but when i click “manage bookmarks” all becomes blank until restart of ts.

You Fixed it then it breaks again bookmarks are back but no longer have passwords saved etc all gone so cant log in to servers

That’s technically impossible. It must be broken completely or is fine.

A bookmark is one single encrypted sync item and includes name, address and all other settings a bookmark can have.


You may had used a Identity not needing the password to connect to the server.
Check that this identity is still set in bookmark.

Please logout and login into your accounts (could be that a client restart is also enough for you).
Your synced items (bookmarks, identities, hotkey profiles / hotkeys, whisper lists) should be back.

Edit: We are still looking and trying to identify all issues.

My bookmarks keep disappearing/appearing too. After connecting to the server, the subscription from all channels disappears after a while. I tried logging out/logging in to my account, it didn’t help.

Thats the thing i check 30mins ago and logged in perfect but now when i log in tags are removed and marked as applicant. And my main team speak ask for a password aswell password are or perfect and still show password are saved

This is when permissions do change on server. Has nothing to do with myTS when you did connect to a server.

Then your identity is not the one you had used before on the server. Please check that one.
Same counts for the password. OR the password was never synced and you did not need a password because of the identity (as i wrote in my reply to you).

Please ensure the right identity is there and set in bookmarks.

Your logs show nothing wrong.

Yeah Nothing has changed our interview does not need a password but i main one does but that now stating its invalided password plus bookmark keep disappearing aswell

okay so when you got to log in to teamspeak bookmark are there then when you go back they are gone

I have 3.6.1
When you click on the bookmarks they are there, after a minute they are no longer there, I click on the bookmark manager and it loads for 10-15 seconds and the bookmarks reappear. A minute later the same thing happens again.
Regarding subscription to channels, it has never failed for me before, it only started today after problems with synchronization.
Previously, bookmarks loaded instantly and never disappeared

I had to log in every now and again. and restart the client now it looks like everything is there except for your server icons but they will come back when I reconnect I think

Interesting. I watched that dialogs for a while already but never had this.

Can you please post last 10 log entries from client log (Tools > Client log) when it happened again?

this is Mine everything perfect my end lucky my admins going to reset everything up my end give me access and mite have to sycn it my self so this dont happen again but defo a problem

I do not need more logs. They show nothing related to sync.

sonrad and SB are nothing from us. These are plugins printing into logs.
